Government of India awards yet another mega construction project to Link Engineering (Pvt) Ltd to establish of Construction of Tagore Memorial Auditorium at University of Ruhuna. As part of its development partnership with Sri Lanka in the field of higher education, the Government of India is undertaking a project to establish education facilities at the University of Ruhuna.
